Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. president Wade Hundley has resigned.
The company says Hundley chose not to relocate from his home in Dallas to the company's headquarters in Las Vegas.
In a statement released Thursday, Pinnacle says it is attempting to centralize its strategic departments.
Hundley will act as a consultant to Pinnacle on some casino resort development opportunities. The company says his other responsibilities will be divided between current members of Pinnacle's management team.
Pinnacle owns and operates casinos and Nevada, Louisiana, Indiana, Missouri, Argentina and the Bahamas.
