The Clark County coroner found cocaine intoxication contributed to the death of a 55-year-old auto repair shop owner and wrestling promoter.
Coroner's spokeswoman Samantha Charles says Tuesday that toxicology findings are consistent with what investigators believe, that the April death of James "Buffalo Jim" Barrier was an accident.
Family and friends have said they suspect foul play in Barrier's death.
Charles says the cause of death was dilated cardiomyopathy, a condition that causes a weakened heart muscle to stretch, leading to heart failure.
The colorful, contoversial and combative Barrier was found dead April 6 by a maid at a budget motel room.
