Two Arrested In Home Invasion Standoff Due In Vegas Court

Two accused robbers are due in court Tuesday after police say they kicked in a door, impersonated police officers and robbed one home at gunpoint before barricading
themselves in another house when police arrived.

Police say 36-year-old Tomas Guerrero and 37-year-old David Smith were arrested about 5 a.m. Sunday after a SWAT standoff at a home near Decatur Boulevard and Washington Avenue.

They're each being held at the Clark County jail on burglary and robbery with a deadly weapon charges. Bail for each is set at $35,000.
