NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - An investigation continues into a
mobile home fire that killed two people.
The owner of the home was able to safely escape, but two women
died after being pulled from the residence by firefighters early Saturday morning, fire officials said.
One of the women used a mechanized wheelchair, residents said,
adding the two were good neighbors and quiet.
The victims' names were not immediately released.
The cause of the blaze had not been determined, said North Las Vegas fire Capt. Cedric Williams.
Two pets also died in the fire.
