A prosecutor says five Mongols motorcycle club members intend to plead guilty to reduced charges and avoid trial stemming from a deadly casino brawl with rival Hells Angels at the 2002 Laughlin River Run rally.
Clark County prosecutor Chris Owens says Alexander Alcantar, Kenneth Dysart, Roger Pinney, Walter Ramirez and Pedro Martinez
will enter pleas at a court hearing Monday afternoon.
A plea deal's still possible with a final defendant, Benjamin Leyva.
That would avoid a trial due to begin Nov. 26 in Las Vegas.
Two Hells Angels and one Mongols member died and at least a dozen people were hurt in the April 2002 brawl at the Harrah's Laughlin.
A plea deal last year ended a federal racketeering trial and state charges against Hells Angels members.
