A 29-year-old Cirque du Soleil acrobat remains hospitalized today (Thursday) after she was injured in a fall during a performance of the "Zumanity" show at the New York-New York hotel-casino.
A show official says the woman's in stable condition at University Medical Center.
She slipped from a long white ribbon-like drape and fell from a height of at least 15 feet during a performance on Tuesday night.
On the way down, she hit a 25-year-old cast member from Brazil who also fell but was only treated for minor injuries and released from UMC.
The injured performer's from Bulgaria.
She's been with the show for about six months.
The "aerial silk" act she was performing has been suspended for a safety review.
