Pahrump Man Who Turned In Child Sex Tape Gets More Jail Time

The Nye County man who turned over a videotape of a little girl being sexually abused is going to spend more time in jail.

Darrin Tuck was found in violation of probation for not paying child support and was sentenced to five months behind bars.

Tuck is still facing charges in Pahrump of possession of child pornography.

He says he had nothing to do with the tape, in which authorities allege Chester Arthur Stiles rapes a girl who was believed to be two years old at the time.

Tuck's preliminary hearing in that case is set for Nov. 6.
