LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities have identified a 36-year-old man killed by a Las Vegas Dairy Queen clerk after allegedly threatening employees with a sword.
Clark County coroner's officials say Bongkuk Pak died of gunshot wounds to the torso following the confrontation around noon Sunday.
Witnesses told police Pak wielded the weapon before one of the clerks grabbed a handgun and shot him multiple times. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where he died.
Police have arrested 47-year-old Carol Matteo of Las Vegas, who they suspect of dropping Pak off at the restaurant. She's being held on suspicion of robbery, conspiracy and burglary.
The clerk has not been arrested.
