RENO, NV - President Obama spoke to a crowd of 2100 supporters Tuesday at Truckee Meadows Community College. His speech focused oin his belief that higher education was the key to America's economic success.
Brian Kuhns is an electrical engineering student at the University of Nevada, Reno. He just moved to Nevada from Philadelphia.
"I moved here for the education benefits because it's a lot cheaper," Kuhns said. "It just got to be too much financially."
Kuhns is like many of the other college students the President geared his speech towards.
He criticized his opponent's advice for students to borrow money from their parents.
The President also told the cheering crowd that he would work to make college a necessity rather than a luxury if they elect him into another term.
