Anyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows there are endless weight loss plans to choose from.
And the world's heaviest* living woman is now slimming down, through her own unique plan -- sex with her ex.
Pauline Potter Recently dropped 98 pounds.
She credits much of that, to getting busy with her ex-husband.
Potter admits she's been eating more fruits and fresh vegetables and has water therapy three to five times a week.
Guinness World Records named her the heaviest living woman last September.
She met her ex-husband online in 2002 and they married three years later. They split in 2008, but Potter says they still love each other.
