A new study might make you keep a closer eye on your smartphone.
More than nine million of them went missing last year, according to Lookout Mobile Security.
Lookout found that most smartphones disappear between nine at night and two in the morning. They vanish from coffee shops, bars, restaurants -- and at the office or at home.
The cities with the most lost smartphones are Philadelphia, Seattle, Newark and Oakland and Long Beach California.
