TLC's infamous Toddlers & Tiaras reality show is raising new controversy. CNN reports, A four year old girl recently took to a pageant stage holding a cigarette. The girl was emulating the character Sandra Dee in the musical Grease.

Before the girl took to the stage, her mother told her, "Don't forget to smoke." The girl's mother says, that pretending to smoke a cigarette is not hurting the girl.
