Medical Funds Needed to Help Care for Injured Puppy

Stover, a stray puppy, was brought to Nevada Humane Society through Washoe County Regional Animal Services with a rare injury. The three-month-old miniature pinscher/chihuahua mix was found by a good Samaritan with both right legs broken, leading veterinary staff to believe Stover was hit by a car.
