Wild Horse Advocates Praise Agreement

Wild horse advocates are praising an agreement with the department of agriculture and the non profit organizations American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign, and the ASPCA. The agreement allows the department of agriculture to confiscate wild horses because of safety reasons. It then can sell them to the non-profits for $100 a piece.
