FALLON, NV - Three children are being treated for minor injuries after a school bus crash near Fallon, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
Shortly before 2PM, troopers got the call about the crash on Testolin Road, an unmarked dirt road just southeast of Fallon. Troopers say the Churchill County School District driver saw traffic headed the opposite direction and moved to the right to make room. As she did so, the soft dirt on the shoulder gave way and the bus overturned into a ditch.
Three children ages 9-13 were on the bus and taken to Banner Churchill Hospital by ambulance. The driver wasn't hurt and the Nevada Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
