A Reno teenager rolled her truck Wednesday morning on Robb Drive, but troopers say she was not injured in the accident.
It happened around 9:16 a.m., when the Nevada Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle rollover on I-80 near the westbound Robb Drive offramp.
Troopers say a white 2000 Toyota pickup, driven by a 17-year-old female teen, was found on its top after she hit some black ice exiting onto Robb Drive.
Authorities say the young driver did not sustain any injuries and her father met her at the accident.
The NHP wants to warn drivers that although most highways are clear from snow and ice, drivers should expect areas of black ice below overpasses and on bridges. Additionally, any melting snow that may runoff into the travel lanes during daytime hours is expected to refreeze as temperatures drop in the late afternoon.
