Sparks police have ended their latest driving enforcement campaign that left more than 200 tickets issued.
Sparks police were on the streets in additional numbers Oct. 27 to Nov. 7 thanks to a grant from the Department of Public Safety/Office of Traffic Safety.
The nearly two-week long campaign had officers issuing: 152 speeding tickets, eight seat belt tickets, 27 suspended/revoked driver's licenses, 32 no insurance tickets, two reckless driving tickets, and 33 tickets for miscellaneous offenses said police.
Police said 14 arrests total were made for DUI and 45 warnings given.
