CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Rory Reid and Brian Sandoval say they
would buck popular opinion and stake their political career on what
they think is right for Nevada, even if it results in a one-term
exit from the governor's mansion.
Both also said that if Congress legalizes online gambling,
Nevada should position itself to take advantage of the untapped
revenues and become a leader in the Internet gambling industry.
Polls have shown Sandoval leading the gubernatorial race.
It was the fourth and final debate between the two.
Election Day is Tuesday, and early voting ends Friday.
