Reno Rink on the River Opens Thanksgiving

The Reno Rink on the River will open Thanksgiving so burn off that holiday gorging and get skating!

The City of Reno would like beginners to expert skaters, the young and old, to get out on the ice this weekend at 10 North Virginia Plaza, downtown.

Skaters can start their glide on the ice from 4p.m. to 10 p.m., Thanksgiving and from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday. Regular season hours begin Sat., Nov. 27.

Rink Daily Admission:
Youth (ages 3-12) & Seniors (ages 55+) - $5
Adults (ages 13-54) - $7
Skate Rental - $2
Season passes & 10-visit punch passes are available that reduce the per visit cost.

Rink on the River Regular Hours:
Monday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 1p.m. / 7:30 to 10 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 6 to 10 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 6 to 10 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 6 to 11 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
