No Suspects in Reno Drive-By Shooting

RENO, NV - Reno police are looking for witnesses to a drive-by shooting that left no injuries but many questions.

It happened around 2:30p.m. Tuesday, when police say a black car was at a stop sign on Denslowe and Valley Road in Reno when several shots were fired from the car.

Police believe the target may have been a smaller black SUV that was sitting on Valley Road.

A general description of the suspects' car is a black Honda with tinted windows and spoiler. It has Nevada license plates similar to 321YYZ.

The drive-by caused the Coral Academy of Science to lock down for several minutes while the area was secured.

No injuries have been reported and the investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Secret Witness at 322-4900 or the Reno Police Department.
