The Nevada Highway Patrol has released the identities of the victims involved in Monday's deadly morning collision that was one of 17 total accidents.
According to the NHP the worst accident was around 5:46 a.m. on highway 50 three miles west of Fallon.
Sami Sibis, 19, was killed when her 1983 Volvo station wagon collided with a 2007 Chevy pick-up that veered across the lanes of traffic.
Alcohol and speed are being looked at as the primary contributing factors to this horrific accident NHP announced.
The driver of the pick-up, 21-year-old Justin E. Speed is in good condition at Renown.
Between 1:30a.m. and 8:30a.m NHP troopers responded to 17 accidents on several Northern Nevada highways that included five separate rollovers on 395 between Bellevue and the Bowers Mansion turnoff Washoe Valley.
Another area that saw a lot of activity was on I80 west of Boomtown interchange where they say three accidents took place.
The NHP said they responded to a four-car accident with injuries just east of Carson City on highway 50.
