ELKO, Nev. (AP) - An Elko County sheriff's deputy who pulled a car over for speeding on U.S. Interstate 80 ended up arresting the driver with 28 pounds of marijuana.
Undersheriff Clair Morris says the deputy smelled marijuana when he pulled the 31-year-old Missouri man a passenger over Wednesday near the exit for the Mountain City Highway.
