RENO, NV - A woman was kidnapped and sexually assaulted Monday night in downtown Reno.
Police arrested Jerred Hammes after a witness reported seeing Hammes dragging a female victim several blocks along High Street around 8:50pm. Police say the victim knew her assailant.
Hammes is accused of sexually assaulting the woman twice along the street.
Hammes was later arrested by police and charged with kidnapping and sexual assault.
