Hot August Nights brings a wide array of things to do over the weekend to wrap up 2014.

RENO, NV- Hot August Nights brings a wide array of things to do over the weekend to wrap up 2014.

All good things have to come to an end, so on the final days of Hot August Nights expect to see the event going out with a bang, literally.

With fireworks on Saturday night, the Barrett-Jackson cup finale, Auto Cross, Ride and Drives and the Official grand finale Parade on Sunday.

Here is a schedule for the weekend events:

Saturday, August 2

· 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. Swap Meet & Cool Car Showroom, Reno Livestock Events Center

· 8 a.m. – Close Barrett-Jackson Gates, Exhibitor & Sponsor Displays, RSCVA

· 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Barrett-Jackson Cup Judging Finale – Reno Ballroom, 4th & Virginia

· 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Celebrity Choice Show-n-Shine, Downtown Reno, Sparks, GSR

· 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Autocross – Reno Livestock Events Center – 1340 N. Wells Ave.

· 10 a.m. Jenny’s School of Dance Performance, Victorian Square, Sparks

· 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Sparks Nugget People’s Choice Award, Sparks Nugget

· 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Grand Marshall Award Show-n-Shine, Grand Sierra Resort

· 6 p.m. – Midnight Drag Races & Burn Outs, Sparks Nugget

· 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. Controlled Cruise, Downtown Reno and Sparks

· 7:30 p.m. Save Mart Supermarkets Groceries for a Year Finals, Grand Sierra Resort

· 8 p.m. – 9 p.m. Barrett-Jackson up Winner(s) Announced, RSVCA

· 8:15 p.m. Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals, Victorian Square, Sparks

· 8:15 p.m. The Righteous Brothers’ Bill Medley, Grand Sierra Resort

· 9:30 p.m. Barrett-Jackson Cup winners displayed, Center & Virginia St.

· 9:45 p.m. Hot August Nights Fireworks Extravaganza - Silver Legacy Resort

And if you are looking to venture away from downtown Reno, the Atlantis Casino Resort has plenty of fun planned for Saturday.

Cruisin’ Craft Fair until 10 p.m.

Freestyle Hula Hoop from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Guinness Book of World Records Hula Hoop Contest from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Tricycle Races at 8 p.m.

Entertainment on the Outdoor Stage by Ronny and the Classics from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.

Winner of a 2014 Ford Mustang announced at 10 p.m.

Cruise of Champions – 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Sunday, August 3

· 8:30 a.m. Car Awards Presentation & Parade of Champions - Downtown Reno

· 10 a.m. Official Parade - Downtown Reno
