DAYTON, NV - Lyon County Sheriff's investigators are looking into a case of apparent attempted arson.
Friday morning about 9AM, they were called to Dayton Justice Court because of vandalism. They found charred windows and evidence of an incendiary device that had been thrown, but not started a fire. Flammable liquid was inside the device(s), and damage was minimal, according to the sheriff's office.
