ELKO, Nev. (AP) - Police say a 34-year-old West Wendover man who was named one of Elko's most-wanted fugitives in an elder abuse case has been arrested.

Jason Rick Dugdale was jailed on $5,000 bail following his arrest Thursday by West Wendover police on a felony warrant.

Police say witnesses saw Dugdale assault his roommate, a 73-year-old man, in a vehicle last October.

The roommate told police Dugdale was angry and told him "not to go playing poker."

Elko Justice Court records show that Dugdale denied any physical altercation took place.

But police reported blood and bruising on the elderly man's head.
