17-year-old Boy Shot in Reno

RENO, Nevada (KOLOTV.com) -- A teenager is recovering after being shot in his front yard on Sunday evening.

Reno Police say the victim, a 17-year-old boy, was shot in his right leg.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Mira Loma Drive, which is west of McCarran.

The teen was treated at Renown, and then released.

Police describe the suspects as "two Hispanic males in a green passenger car," and say they were last seen fleeing east-bound on Mira Loma.
