Wife Missing, Sentencing Delayed for Hells Angel

TEMECULA, Calif. (AP) - The sentencing hearing of a Hells Angel convicted of making threats has been delayed amid questions about the disappearance of his wife.

The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports (http://bit.ly/VzU8dR ) 49-year-old James A. Bradley was returned to custody Friday, after telling the court he has no idea where his wife has been since Tuesday.

In October, he was convicted of two counts each of making criminal threats and committing a felony as a member of a criminal street gang.

Prosecutors had reached a plea deal with the defense letting Bradley avoid jail time, but rescinded the deal when his wife was reported missing.

One of Bradley's lawyers reported Deanna Bradley missing on Wednesday afternoon.

Sheriff's Sgt. Kevin McDonald says there is no evidence of foul play in Deanna Bradley's disappearance at this point.
