UNDATED -- Certain bags of spinach are being recalled because they can make you sick.

Fresh Express is voluntarily recalling 9 ounce bags of spinach with a "use by" date of November 7 and product code S299B25. These could have been sold at stores in Northern Nevada.

A random sample test by the USDA found a positive result for salmonella in one bag. There have been no illnesses connected to this recall. Impacted retailers are being contacted and the bags are being pulled from store shelves. These bags were mostly distributed in the Western United States.

If you have one of these bags, you are asked to throw it out. Fresh Express is offering a full refund. We have a link to their website below.
