McAfee Founder Sought in Belize for Possible Murder Involvement

MEXICO CITY (AP) - A strange case involving the man who founded the company that makes software a lot of us use to protect our computers from viruses.

Police in the Central American nation of Belize say they are looking for John McAfee - founder of McAfee Incorporated. They want to ask him about the shooting death of a man who lived near McAfee.

The body of Gregory Viant Faull was found inside his home Sunday morning. Authorities say McAfee is a "person of interest" in the case.

Though he founded the company that bears his name, McAfee has sold his stake in the firm in the early 1990s and moved to Belize about three years ago to lower his taxes.
