Undated (CNN) -- Halloween is going to the dogs ... and cats.
It looks like Americans won't be forgetting their fur kids this Halloween. They're getting in on the costume action in a big way.
The National Retail Federation says pet owners are expected to spend 370-million dollars to dress up Fido and Fluffy this year.
That's 40-million more than 2011. The group did a survey and found out what costumes will be the cat's meow. Expect to see a lot of pumpkins and devils.
