WASHINGTON, D.C. - About 33,000 Nordic Track Revitalize, Gold's Gym and Weider Club inversion benches, made in China and distributed by ICON Health & Fitness Inc. of Logan, Utah.

The inversion systems include a frame with a backrest,
headrest and leg clamp assembly.
They were sold at sporting good stores, Wal-Mart, Sears and other retailers nationwide from April 2008 through February 2009.
