Suspect Arrested in Craigslist Killing

BOSTON (AP) - Boston's police commissioner says he's "very, very
happy" about the arrest of a suspect in connection with the
shooting death of a masseuse.

The suspect, a Boston University medical student, was arrested
Monday for the shooting death and the robbery of another woman who
both advertised their services on Craigslist.

Phil Markoff is said to have been under surveillance "for
days." Markoff's arrest came days after his image was shown on
surveillance video at the hotels.

Markoff is charged with killing Julissa Brisman, who was found
dead Tuesday. Police say the New York City woman had a massage
table set up in the room where she was shot.

Authorities believe Brisman's death also may be connected to the
attempted robbery Thursday in Warwick, R.I., of an exotic dancer by
a man responding to a Craigslist ad.

Authorities believe Markoff may have had other victims.
