BEIRUT (AP) - Lebanon's prime minister says the deadly car bombing in Beirut has links to the civil war in neighboring Syria.
Yesterday's blast killed the country's intelligence chief and seven other people. Prime Minister Najib Mikati says the intelligence chief recently exposed an alleged plot by Syria to sow chaos in Lebanon.
It's a national day of mourning in Lebanon, but protesters have taken to the streets to vent their anger.
