KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - Coalition forces in Afghanistan say an investigation is underway into an insider attack that killed three American trainers today.
The governor's office says an Afghan soldier opened fire on the trainers during an argument, killing three and wounding three others. It says the foreign trainers returned fire and killed the Afghan soldier, who had no known connection to the insurgency.
The international military coalition in Afghanistan says two American service members and one U.S. civilian died.
The coalition also says a second Afghan man was arrested after the shooting.
