CAIRO (AP) - Egyptian officials say they've foiled a terrorism plot.
They say they've arrested three suspected militants with links to al-Qaida, and that they were planning to carry out suicide attacks on vital installations -- and on an unspecified foreign embassy.
Security officials say a Western embassy was the target, but they didn't have further information.
Officials say the men had been in contact with a leader of al-Qaida in south Asian countries such as Pakistan.
