BEIRUT (AP) - Syria's official news agency SANA says a car bomb in a Damascus suburb has killed 12 people and wounded 43.
SANA says Tuesday's blast in Jaramana targeted a funeral procession for two people who were killed the previous day. The news agency says it was the third bombing in Jaramana in the past 24 hours.
An Associated Press reporter who visited the scene shortly after the 2 p.m. blast says the bomb badly damaged a five-story building and burned at least 10 cars to charred hulks.
