PESHAWAR, Pakistan (AP) - Police say dozens of suspected
militants have fired rockets at a transport terminal in
northwestern Pakistan that is used to ship supplies to NATO troops
based in Afghanistan, police said.
Police official Zahur Khan says 12 shipping containers were
damaged in the early Saturday attack in Peshawar, capital of
troubled North West Frontier Province.
Afghan-based U.S. and NATO forces get up to 75 percent of their
supplies via routes through Pakistan.
Militants have staged a number of attacks on the supplies
