Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy testified before Congress Wednesday, requesting millions more for initiatives to combat global warming.
Speaking before the House Energy and Commerce committee, McCarthy asked for more than $200 specifically for global warming.
The budget is more than $41 million higher than fiscal 2014. $10 million is designated to enact President Obama’s “climate action plan."
