Listen up, ladies! Getting your morning coffee fix may do more than boost your energy. It could also help you steer clear of depression. That's coming from a new study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine. The study found women who drink two to three cups a day can reduce their chances of getting depression by 15 percent. We're talking the decaffeinated stuff only. Still, researchers say there's no proof the caffeine will completely prevent depression.
