LAS VEGAS (AP) - Health officials say the swine flu vaccine will
begin arriving in Nevada sometime this week.
Nevada has an initial order of about 28,000 doses of the vaccine. About 20,000 doses will go to the Southern Nevada Health District in Clark County.
The health district will then dispense the vaccine to public clinics, as well as to hospitals and physicians registered to receive the vaccine.
The first group to be vaccinated will be medical service personnel. The second group will be household contacts and caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age.
