Pregnancy Battle

A mentally disabled pregnant woman is at the center of a controversial court case playing out in a Reno Family Court Room. The woman who experts say has the mentality of a 6 year old girl, became pregnant after repeatedly leaving a group home and frequenting a truck stop. The court proceedings are designed to establish the woman's behavior pattern, her physical state, and that of the baby. The couple's attorney says all of this is just a way to terminate the pregnancy.

Orthofix Paying $30M to Settle Kickbacks Case

Federal officials say a medical spinal implants and surgery products company incorporated in Nevada has agreed to pay $30 million to settle allegations that a subsidiary paid illegal kickbacks to physicians to use its products.
