Tom Jacobs, Executive Director of the SPCA, states: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Rapscallion. Their generosity and support of homeless animals in our community is very much appreciated. We love that they will also allow folks to bring their dog with them to dine on the Patio. This is a great opportunity to dine at one of Reno’s finest restaurants and help the SPCA. In fact, I took my wife to dinner at Rapscallion last night.”
