RENO - The Wolf Pack basketball team knocked off Colorado State 76-67 on Wednesday night.
Deonte Burton led four Nevada starters in double-digits, scoring a team-high 18 points to go along with seven rebounds. He also reached 1,911 career points, becoming just the third player in school history to surpass 1,900 career points.
Jerry Evans Jr. added 16 points for the Pack, while Cole Huff and AJ West chipped in 12 points each. West also added nine rebounds and four blocked shots.
Jon Octeus led the Rams (12-9, 3-5 MWC) with a game-high 21 points in the loss.
Nevada (11-10, 6-2 MWC) remains all alone in third place in the conference standings. They host Air Force (9-10, 3-5 MWC) on Saturday at Lawlor Events Center. Tip off is set for 3pm.
