RENO, NV - Expect a few clouds as moisture slowly pushes into northern Nevada over the next couple days. A few showers at the crest are possible but Reno will stay dry Wednesday and Thursday.

By Friday afternoon we will have a slight chance for isolated rain showers on the valley floor. There isn't a lot of moisture with this system. The Sierra will only see a few inches of snow.

A big wetter storm moves in Sunday through Monday. This storm still isn't very cold so it looks like more rain for Reno. More moisture should make for some moderate to heavy snow in the Sierra with travel concerns in the mountains as we head into the next work week.
