From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

Washoe Schools Closed From Fire To Resume Monday
The Washoe County School District has announced the three schools that were closed last Friday due to the Washoe Drive Fire will resume classes on Monday, Jan. 23.

The Washoe County School District has announced the three schools that were closed last Friday due to the Washoe Drive Fire will resume classes on Monday, Jan. 23.

Students of Pleasant Valley Elementary School, Depoali Middle School and Galena High School are expected to return to classes.
