RENO, NV - The victim stabbed by a cab driver following a heated argument when he refused to pay for his cab ride has been identified.
It happened around 10:35 p.m., Friday when victim, 26-year-old Bradley Cheeseman, fought with a cab driver after refusing to pay for his ride on the 100 block E. of 5th Street.
The fight escalated between Cheeseman and the cab driver that led to a fatal cut on his neck by the cab driver. He later died from his injury.
The cab driver returned to his cab and waited for police arrival.
There was a second man who was part of the original fare. He left prior to the altercation. Investigators would like to identify and speak with that man. He is described as follows:
White male, approximately six feet tall, medium build approximately 200 pounds, short/collar length hair grey/silver in color, no facial hair, wearing a black jacket and neutral colored pants.
There are no charges being filed at this time, but the investigation is continuing.
