SPARKS, NV - A fundraiser is allowing the public to enjoy alcohol while supporting health care.
John Ascuaga's Nugget is hosting its first Uncorked & Unplugged fundraiser on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., according to an official with the Nugget.
Enthusiasts can enjoy live music, hors d’oeuvres, and all-you-can-responsibly enjoy wine, beer and spirits; proceeds from Uncorked & Unplugged will benefit the Nevada Health Care Association’s Perry Foundation, according to the official.
The Perry Foundation provides continued education for health care professionals in Nevada’s Nursing Homes.
Tickets are available for $45 now through February 28, 2014. The official says on March 1, 2014, the price will increase to $55.
Tickets can be purchased from the Nugget's website.
Uncorked & Unplugged is sponsored by JA Nugget, the Reno News & Review and Wirtz Beverage.
