1 Suspect No Longer Sought in Lemmon Valley Death Investigation

RENO, NV - Washoe County Sheriff's detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Jared Hyde, a Reno resident. Hyde was taken to Renown Regional Medical Center and later succumbed to injuries inflicted during a fight at a party held near a motocross track off the dirt extension of Lemmon Drive.

Sheriff's detectives are no longer seeking one suspect, 22-year-old Andrue "AJ" Jefferson, for the death of Hyde. They have spoken to him and have made no arrest at this point. The search continues for 20-year-old Robert "Bobby" Schnueringer for questioning.

Sheriff's detectives continue to receive information from witnesses and ask that anyone with information pertaining to this case, including the whereabouts of Schnueringer, are requested to contact the Washoe County Sheriff's Office or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
