RENO, Nev. - Two Reno men are under arrest, accused of trying to burglarize a local business Thursday morning.
Reno police around 1 a.m. responded to a report of a break-in at a business on Vassar St. That business was closed at the time but the owner was inside. According to the store owner one of the suspects broke the front window, enter the business and stole two cash registers, phone cards, and $24.03 in change and left.
Officers arriving on scene noticed a vehicle leaving the area and initiated a traffic stop. During an investigation of the vehilce police were able to connect the two men to the burglary. All the property stolen was recovered.
Both suspects Enrique Diaz-Ramirez, 27, and Jose Diaz-Cisneros, 22, are facing charges of burglary and possession of burglary tools. Both men are currently at the Washoe County Detention Facility being held on $20,000 plus bail.
Police also connected one of the suspects Diaz-Ramirez to another burglary at the Reno Cycles and Gear Shop back on October 2012.
